The snippets of plot I've found for 'The Presence' indicate it's a stock haunted house movie. Creepy and atmospheric vs. gory shock schlock (well, there may be some shock schlock, but it's not gory).
Movie stars Mira Sorvino as a woman who moves into a cabin in the woods which is haunted by a ghost played by Shane West. In an original twist, the ghost is haunted (or at least bothered) by some other malevolent presence -- either the titular presence, or...just another presence among presences -- known as The Man In Black, played by Tony Curran.
This has the look and feel of a direct to disc movie, but I like the stills. Always nice to see Mira.
