2 Clips from 'Moonrise Kingdom'

Man, Wes Anderson executes some tight framing. These guys hit their marks -- exactly. For instance, in the first clip at :10 -- the arrow hitting the ground. Pure Anderson. Nobody else would think to or want to do that.

Blocking (at :37) is tight. Watch the guy in the back, behind the boy with the patched eye -- he starts out too far to his left but adjusts so he's not blocked. Look at his eyes -- he's taking direction from someone off camera. However, to his credit, he never spikes the camera and stays in character the whole time.

In the second clip the framing is very precise, even for people in the background.
