NPR's Weekend Edition Sunday ran a story about 'the chameleonic' Tilda Swinton whose 'I Am Love' is getting over-the-top rave reviews.
Clearly, Swinton is adept at transforming herself for each film in which she appears. But in her mind, the protean work is no voluntary thing.
"For me," she says, "transformation is inevitable.
Yeah, no kidding. She's one of those actors I have trouble recognizing. Naomi Watts is another. Their faces simply transform -- mold to fit the character they are playing. It amazes me sometimes.
I usually don't go for this type product, but must see 'I Am Love'.
Here's the audio if you missed it Sunday. 7:39
