Not exactly a blockbuster but I can see people renting this, talking about it.

Vera Farmiga directs and acts her ass off.

Solid performances you expect from Farmiga, but she's a good director too. This scene has nice camera/blocking. I especially appreciate the non-verbal undercurrent -- a director's choice often.
