Then We Shall Fight In The Shade
'Our arrows will blot out the sun'. 'Okay then. We'll fight in the shade'. Did they really say that? According to Herodotus and Plutarch, and Victor Davis Hanson, they did. While some historical liberties are taken in "300", other events are depicted accurately. Here's some history sliced thin.
