Somehow 'Que Pena tu Vida' didn't seem like 'Fuck My Life', even with the :(
So I translated it via Google, which returned 'Get Your Life Sentence'. Okay... A Spanish dictionary lists pena, which seems to be the core of the phrase, as meaning 'feel sorry for' or 'pity'. That seems closer, as in 'How Pitiful Your Life (Is)'. So, yeah, 'Fuck My Life' is probably the best English take.
Social network 'friends', and that whole connecting online thing, is a hot topic (see 'The Social Network') that most people (who pay to see movies) can relate to. If plot plays right, 'Que Pena tu Vida' could yield a Hollywood remake. Wouldn't be surprised.
