4-Minute Clip 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes'

This is a finished product? No way. Action is too compressed -- an obvious effort to keep runtime down. Editing is rough to say the least. Sequence drags and people appear from nowhere. It's both slow and choppy at the same time.

Not a good sign. How much did this movie cost again? After seeing the knock out new trailer for the modestly budgeted 'Attack the Block', this clip is a disappointment.

Ape effects are damn good, but brass tacks editing and continuity are lacking. This would be tough to watch in one sitting. I can't imagine 2+ hours of this stuff.
