Trailer/Featurette for 'Act of Valor'

Here's another movie, the biggest yet it seems, to be shot on a Canon 5D SLR. Others include Quentin Dupieux's 'Rubber', the thriller 'La Casa Muda' (remade as 'The Silent House'), a complete episode of 'House', and the opening title sequence of 'Saturday Night Live'.

Footage looks great. I'm thinking this will hit with audiences.

A Cold Winter Night -- Prague: Canon 1DMIV

I know winter just ended but I happened upon this short by Philip Bloom that's just too good to wait several months to post. He takes some pretty fine footage using Canon DSLRs. This one is especially well thought out.

Music from 'The Hudsucker Proxy' is perfect accompaniment. Nice. So nice. Enjoy.
